How can I start the lessons?
Just book a trial class here. Fill the form and we will be back to you to confirm a start day/time with an assigned teacher, María or Laura. Once we’ve done the trial class, choose a package here and make the payment. Once we received the payment we will send you a confirmation email and we will start to learn!
If you prefer, you can book the lessons directly, its not mandatory to do the trial class, although we recommend it.
How can I pay for the lessons?
To make the payment, you can do it through Paypal, Transferwise , Stripe or bank transfer if you live in Spain. Once you book the lessons here, we will send you an email to inform you about the payment methods and how they work to make the payment. All the lessons need to be paid in advance. Payments are not refundable, although you can make changes in the timetable.
When can I received my online classes?
Our school is opened Monday to Thursday from 9- 13 hours and 15-21 hours (Spanish time).
You can book your prefer time and days in the hours available, just let us know your preferences and we will do our best.
If you can not take the lessons during this time, please, let us know, we will see if we can arrange other day or time depending on our schedule.
What methodology do we use?
We believe that learning a language involves a lot of communication and that’s what we will do. We will use a lot of strategies and activities to practice grammar, vocabulary to improve all the communicative skills. You will learn though practice, and we will work a lot of real life situations.
We will give you homework via email , just if you want, to practice at home. We do the corrections prior to the next class, so we don’t loose time during the lessons, we will just work what we think you need to improve.

How do the lessons work?
We want to make each student more confident using Spanish, so that’s why we think is important to adapt the lessons to each student’s specific learning needs.
We will work on a multitude of skills using conversation and exercises during the general and specific lessons .
We will use different instruments to work simultaneously with documents, songs, videos, notes, etc..
If you just want to practice conversation, we also offer 50 or 30 minutes conversation lessons, making more emphasis on this skill.

What platforms do we use during the classes?
We can use different platforms depending on your preferences. Skype, Hangouts (through Gmail), WeChat or Zoom. All the platforms are for free and very easy to use. Once you book the lessons, we will chose one, and we will both connect at the agreed time and day, through the normal access or through a link that we will send you.
How can I cancel or change a lesson?
To cancel or reschedule a lesson, you just need to let us know at least 24 hours in advanced of the confirmed day and time of the class. If cancelled or changed within 24 hours before the start of the class, the student will be charged.
